5 of us really want to come see the new resort but 2 of the women are 20 years old. Is the 21+ rule set in stone?
Yep and you would be taking a chance loosing your money on their reservation. Not to mention finding them a place to stay. They check passports on check-in.
Not worth the risk unless you have a lot of money to throw out the window. Wait a year and don't have the stress of the situation which is never fun while getting to your destination.
And don't think you can check in without them because they will need a band, and they will check ID when they put the band on. Not a chance worth taking.
