Not that I have ANYTHING at all against the Americans on here, but their spring break is about a month after the Canadian Spring Break (Unfortunatly, its wayyyy better as well) lol..anyways, just wanted to see if there is anyone GOING to Cancun, or anyone who HAS been to Cancun in Mid February. (Canadian Spring Break) Seems like 99% of the discussions have been about mid March. Drop A Message! Lemme know if you are going in February or have been there in February.
we've been going second week feb for the past couple of years... going again this year but its crazy how many canadians are down there at that time.. its great..
March 17th The "Barcelo Tucancun" eh... Hmmmm I'll look into it. Right now, I'm torn between a few locations and for various reasons. For starters, Its a large group and with that comes a host of problems. Fortunately, we've decided on the date. ( March 17th departure). Between the Law school, workaholics and other students, picking a date was brutal. The second issue is cost. Myself and a few others don't care about the cost. It is, what it is, Cancun. If you want a budget vacation, hit Cuba. On the same token, I don't want to disclude anyone based on cash, or the lack there of. So I'm trying to keep this trip within the $1600 range. I've been told by several travel agents to check the prices mid-January, as they apparently drop around then. One thing is for certain... We are going to raise the party bar on this trip. The list of Priorities... 1. Party place - 1 (b) location. 2. Great Pool 3. Good booze 4. Food 5. Rooms I'll look into the Barcelo Tucancun. Thanks
