So excited for my early June trip to Cancun for the 1st time- After reading up Im using Entertainment plus-USA Transfers roundtrip to and from hotel. Silly question though-Im on their site filling out the reservation form and it asks for my departure time do they want to know when I want to be picked up from my hotel or the time my plane leaves sorry just dont want to be late on the way back to airport! Thanks!
They want to know what time your flight leaves. They will coordinate the time to pick you up, it's normally 3 to 3.5 hrs before your departure time.
