Hey everyone Im heading over 2 Cancun next year with just one friend so far from Australia. Im going from 14 feb to 28 feb. Is anyone else here going around that time? and will it be packed or is too early? Also, does anyone have any tips on the best hotels? I wanna stay at least one of the 2 weeks at the Oasis Cancun but my mate is a bit tight for money and wants 2 stay in a cheaper hotel. Is it worth the extra cash?
Ah, looks like you're missing the major college spring break by a few weeks...but it will be a killer time none the less. The Oasis IS the party spot during the day, however it comes with a few setbacks. If you don't mind spending the extra cash, sleeping uncomfortably every night (or at all) due to the constant partying that's going on and having to swim in an overly crowded pool filled with 95% dudes, then this is the place for you! LOL I personally don't like to stay there, from me bad experience, but I love getting a day pass and just hanging out there during.
damn thats just a bit too early, although technically the last week of Feb. is the start of spring break, although it doesnt get going until march!
Yea it sucks coz we go back 2 uni over here 1st week of March! Do u guys know if the first week of March will be much better? Coz im in the process of convincing my mate 2 miss the first week of uni. How much do the day passes cost?
first week of march will be loads better than febuary! Day passes range from 10-25usd per day.......... well worth it!
You will love it brus. Went last year on my own and ran a muck, going back again with few mates. You def want to go in march though. Oh and milk the shit out of being Aussie lol. I stayed at oasis viva beach, it's close to bus stop and clubs and is super sweet, not too busy but plenty going on and the employees are awesome
