What a double standard! What were the parents thinking signing the consent in the first place ... and not blaming themselves for learning more about the relationship and putting an end to it. Schools are responsible for teaching the kids how to read and write; parents should be teaching the kids societal norms and morals. Don't blame the kettle when you are the pot!!!

Been there and done that as far as being a father and raising a teenage girl. I would not sue the school. I would have his ass arrested for statutory rape. He was sleeping with her for quite some time. That would be the best thing for him. As a father I probably would have tried my best to kick his ass as much as possible for what he did. How could a 38 year old man want a 14 or 15 year old girl? To me this is as bad as being a child molester. Children that age are not mature enough to know what they want.
