I was wondering if anyone knew of "clubs" for tweens or ones that are appropriate for that age. I read somewhere that coco bongo has a kids day Wednesday, anyone know if that is true? Kids this age are tough to entertain... They don't like kid stuff but are FAR from being ready to witness a bikini contest! Any other suggestions for that age would also be appreciated!
I haven't heard anything about a coco bongos for young kids. If you are staying at an AI resort they will have activities for the young ones to enjoy. If you trust your lil ones a bit, you can go with them to Plaza la Isla and let them walk around by themselves. Another fun time could be to go bowling. Not sure about the HZ, but there is a nice bowling alley in a plaza called Paseos Cancun on Andres Quintana Roo blvd. Besides that, the other way to keep young ones entertained is by doing visits to parks like Selvatica, Xplor, Hidden Worlds, or do tours to cenotes, ruins, snorkeling, etc
