My friend called me 1 hour ago and near the "quite" pool the rooms only have super hot water.
In my opinion (which is again just an opinion please be respectful) is that what Jen&Kyle are doing by reassuring members, is a thoughtful gesture...
I heard that the water is only hot and they can't fix the cold temperature
