March will be an awesome time for you to go. We've been there in March (beginning, middle, and end) three times and have had great fun each trip....
My interpretation is that they are acquiring the land next door and will be expanding and not closing...... or only closing the current property...
We've done March both early and late and Halloween. This year we were there the 2nd week in April and it was a blast. Great crew and excellent...
