I asked the same thing a while back...you pack in in checked luggage (I'd recommend in plastic bags as well...it is pressurized after all)....

Some of the CCC veterans recommended ebay.
Think a meet-up time is a great idea. So far, all the CCC veterans have been awesome helping us out to learn what to expect, what to bring, etc....
