Coverage is kind of spotty...but you have to log in to thier wifi to use it and it has to be set up by the front desk.

Never had a problem with the sheets. We used the change card when we wanted our sheets changed...if anything they changed the sheets more often...
At the resort, no problems with the ice and water. The water from the taps in your room is pottable but too chlorinated for my liking, so we drink...

Yes, the reservations can be a bit tricky and fill up quickly when the resort is busy. You have to make them early in the day. I think they start...
