Yes they do freshly roast chicken and it's cheap say around 3 quid for a whole one. Don't forget your AI hotel will also do chicken too!...
There should be a few singles there, not hundreds but enough for you to choose a couple of drinking buddies.
If your hotel is all inclusive and you dont drink then you wont need much money at all. The hotel will have water and fruit so no need for Walmart...
