there always seems to be some rooms show up about a month out ,I,m speculating it Members or bookings that don.t have to pay till 30 days out...
The really sad part is that we are going to Mexico and our Canadian dollar to the peso is the same it was 3 years ago yet we have to pay 40 - 50%...
