Profile picture help

    Trying to change it. Have resized to be both less than the 250x250 and under 64 KB. But it won't upload.

    It appears to be in our profile if you click our name, but says it won't upload to profile picture.

    Advice?

    Please make sure you are using a PC to upload, and not a mobile or tablet.

    But I see a profile pic there,

    Yes, this is what we want. It is being uploaded from a PC, but the picture was taken from an Iphone

    Size really matters,, make sure to shrink it down .

    we got also a problem with uploading our profile pic, ca't find the spot where we can upload, can anybody help?
