What do u think TTR needs to change/update while NOT increasing their price?

get some mini external speakers for you phone.
Most new smart phone have large capacity.

I always bring a short extension cord to reach the plug behind the desk.


Last year the weather channel was playing ok back ground music, put a towel over the tv and your bathing suits. Nice and dry in the morning.

 

I guess next Nov I'm bringing the party to the beach with a vamped-up speaker system? Last time my contribution to the party after-hours at Paty-O was worse than dire so I have to find something that works MUCH better!

Ok let's use the problems to solve other problems...

If you book with 3 guys in the same room then those guys have to work the pool one day including freeing up chairs that are saved for more than one hour. Pay them with nude pictures so they can have their fun with the pics instead of pinching asses. To keep the single ladies happy, while they are playing pool boy for the day they can apply suntan lotion to any ladies that request it. At night they are in charge of the music. We all know the youth will have a better music variety than what TTR throws at us. And single ladies love the DJs! If I was a single guy I would love to be put to work for these benefits. Adding value while also meeting ladies. Happy singles. Happy couples. No cost to TTR.

 

When I went to Bluebay Getaway many moons ago, I think I remember them doing this. That would be a FUN night!!

 

Our #1 complaint -

Bring back Temptation West Coast - Cabos anyone? With the resort being sold out week after week and the overall economy improving - demand is there.

#2 - Online check in/Express Check in. Self check In? If a 3000 room resort in Vegas can do self check in, TTR should be able to. For repeaters, cant they keep us on file?

#3 - Pozole every day during breakfast. It's only served Fridays.

#4 - 24hr sexy pool - Sports pool is too deep, no sitting/lounging areas and too cold

#5 - Music - I think the DJ gets paid by how many people sign up to go to a club as his gooa seems to be to drive folks away. For those with rooms around Paty'Os the DJ does needs to stop at 2am, its not like you have a choice of rooms when its sold out.

#6 - lingerie night - Keep the party going in Nice shoes & have 3-bartenders there. The whole get dressed up to go for 90-minutes and then get pushed out to Paty'O was not fun and felt way too rushed. Like the event was over before it ever started.

#7 - Grow Some Balls - Confront problems when people complain and kick people out if behavior continues. It's Mexico, these folks who get the boot have no recourse so why is the resort so passive? Kicking them out means they will not repeat and the rest of us will.

#8 - Late Night Towel Service - 3am & a breeze = chilly and when your tipsy you dont plan that far ahead to think about towels

#9 - Make the minimum age of guests 25 & change the marketing a bit.

#10 - Slick floors & no rails - put some grip tape down.

#11 - Entertainment - More Activities that take less time. I think they really enjoy hearing their own voice over the PA & performing demonstrations. They know which activities are a hit so do those more often and take away the ones no one particpates in. Sometimes they interrupt the vibe and party.- Its a love hate relationship.

#12 - More bartenders in the swim up pool bar - no reason there are not 3 down there. More coktail servers around the pool and at Paty'Os. Two is not enough. 2nd bar station with 2-more bartenders at Paty'Os would be great for the peak crowd. 10pm - 2am

#13 - If the sexy pool is heated we would spend some time there

#14 - Pool chairs - The same way towels are given out, give out pool chairs. Stack up all the chairs at night, staff picks up one or two and places them where you want when you head out to the pool. Other resorts do this for "beach service" but will work around the pool as well. Just have two stations on opposite ends of the pool.

They have us line up for reservations so why not do this as well. Other suggestion would be that upon check in to tell everyone that pool reservations begin at 6am. Anything left on a chair overnight will be placed in Lost & Found.


#15 - Sports pool becomes a hot tub - You can not do this to the Quiet Pool as too many rooms surround it and the late night noise would drive complaints. So create a hot tub overlooking the beach out of the sports pool area that can accommodate 100 people.

#16 - Rooms around PatyO's - Better fitting more sound proof doors. The noise begins around 7-8pm and continues to 3am. When the resort is sold out, good luck switching. So early evening naps are tough and sleep at night is tough.

#17 - Late night food - Chips & salsa, Chicken wings from Margaritas, Calimari, and other munchies would be great and add variety. 2nd cook would be nice too.

We have no idea what a resort costs but I like to think we have folks who would plunk down cash for a equity stake in a 150-200 room resort and create a much better version of Temptations.


TL: DR - Cliffs - We love the place and will be back but its great to vent and brainstorm solutions to problems
