And when you book USA Transfers, do it by clicking thru from this site. It helps support the site & doesn't cost you any extra.
if its affordable , you should think about this..... took a bus from airport first trip.....waited 30-45 min on bus for it to fill up before leaving....and TTR is the LAST stop on dropping people off. we must have stopped at 5-6 different resorts at 5-10 min each for them to unload everyone and their luggage....took forever. USA Transfers you are the only one on board and you go the back way quick and easy. frank
This will be my first time booking a direct transfer instead of the provided bus shuttle! Looking forward to starting my vacation a bit earlier by getting to the resort in expedited fashion!
Anybody know if I can cancel our paid for Olympus tour (shared transfer) and get my money back. I'd rather pay the extra money and go USA transfer - no waiting! no visiting other hotels!
Definitely book something before you arrive and dont wait until you get to the airport to find transport. If you do that you are a captive market with little choice. Almost all of the transfer companies are only allowed to pick up pre-booked passengers. If you're not pre-booked your only options are either the public bus that drops you in downtown Cancun - cheap but no fun with luggage. Or the 'taxis' - the airport taxis are not regular taxis like you'll find elsewhere in Cancun. Regular taxis are not allowed to pick up, only drop off. The airport 'taxis' will charge you more one way than you could get for a return if you prebook. As others mentioned USA Transfers is a very popular choice and offer a great service for $55 return (1-3 people). There's a link in my signature as well as a banner at the bottom of the forum.
I think you'd need to ask Olympus direct, but it would definitely be a good option to get more hotel time in.
