Yes, we can usually accept a few walk ups on the day. Really prefer deposits though because then there's some commitment, and it helps me plan transport, food and drinks more accurately. If everyone was a walk up I wouldn't know whether to expect 5 or 50 people until the day itself, and it's impossible to work like that
