hi. I don’t know if anybody can help me with this but looking at the website today the price for my trip dropped like $500 with a massive upgrade to the bash tower playful room. When I booked I used flex pay to pay for the trip. I have tried to call Temptations but when I call, they automated ask for 10 digit card number. That just kind of freaks me out a little bit. if anybody has any information or advice or help, I could greatly use it today.
Thanks guys. I did call but because I already booked my airfare, I’d have to rebook and it ends up essentially costing me the same. I’m going to try and call and see if they could just upgrade the room. I appreciate the help
Take a screenshot of the price drop and email them (below) or call. They have always honored the lower price if you booked direct through them. We checked pricing last night, then again today and it dropped by $1100 so we booked it. Then it dropped another $600 15 minutes later so we canceled and booked again LOL Not sure what is going on but we were thrilled. This was on Expedia.
