So much useful information on here. I am still having one issue. As part of our booking we paid our transportation through the resort in advance. We keep getting messages about transportation that is highlighted specifically saying to ignore if you have already booked transportation. I keep emailing and calling to see if we need a voucher to present at the airport. The last person at Temptation we talked to said one would be sent to us but all we keep getting is email where you have to pay again. After Looking at this forum I now see most used USA transport on their own. However, has anyone booked through the resort? What company and what are we showing said company to get from the airport. Called reservations twice today it kept ringing with no pickup email got automated response. Thank everyone appreciate your help in advance.
The resort uses USA transfer. Even when we have our transport booked through the resort we get emails asking if we have booked transportation. I think its just automatic sent.
I’ve never booked transportation through the resort…I always book directly with USA Transfers. I’d recommend reaching out to USA Transfers and explaining you booked through the resort and want to confirm your reservation.
Maybe but not last three trips, for all of those booked through the resort we were given vouchers and instructions for Aventour. @ravenhaired4U007! So yes - you should have an email from them with a voucher. Did you send flight info? All of that said, we think USA Transfer is a better overall service. They were never late when we used them and Aventour has been late on pick ups twice last three trips and one very long wait at Airport (blamed the weathe).
Makes sense. We are not Premiere but book master or PH so it is included. Would love if USA was an option!!
