You can be nude at Desire resorts, although I don't know how much beach they have left. We were at Desire RM a few months ago and the beach was barely existent. Ladies can go topless on Temptation's beach. There is also Hidden Beach resort in Cancun, which is clothing optional.

FYI - Hidden Beach resort is not in Cancun, It is about 1 hour by car south of Cancun(almost to Tulum) Additionally Hidden Beach resort is not clothing optional it is fully nude all the time anywhere on the property.
They used to sell day passes many years ago, not sure if they still do - you would have to contact them to be sure... Also FYI 1) it is not possible to swim in the ocean directly from the Hidden Beach resort beach you would have to go to their sister resort the El Dorado to access the ocean(you must wear swimsuits at the El Dorado) 2) Round trip transportation via taxi or a transportation service will set you back at least $200.00 usd
