The TTR website no longer shows the balcony hot tub for the master suite floorpan, or the room images. In memory, they've always had a large 4/6 person hot tub. Have they been removed? Thank you.
We have the Master Suite booked so I contacted them via the chat and they claim the only rooms with hot tubs are the Lush suites and the jacuzzi rooms near the Quiet Pool. They didn’t mention the PH so I’m not sure about those ones. No explanation as to why MS hot tubs were removed … this is beyond bizarre to me.
I really don’t think they are but who knows? We had a MS in September and it still had a hot tub. And…the lush tower are “dipping tubs” At best!!?
The lush ones are like bath tubs lol! Yes, the chat person said they do not have hot tubs any longer … reconsidering if we want the MS now. It’s our fave room but that’s partially due to the outside amenities.
Honestly - we maybe use the hot tub in the Ms or PH one out of three trips but we always have a pre Bash party on the balconies.
Website still list the Master Suite having a one so I would definitely raise an issue if it wasn't when I arrived: "Features a LED TV, oceanview living room, wrap-around balcony with a jacuzzi, sitting area with hammock and lawn furniture, stocked private bar, butler service, pool and beach concierge, and bathroom with separate toilet, two sinks, rain shower, and separate tub." I have a master suite in June for the first time, and definitely wanted that hot tub! Sounds like it's likely there, but I'm going to reach out and double check. I will let you know what I'm told. I did the lush Tower room once and definitely had the same reaction to those, lol
That would be awesome - I could have had a confused person on the chat. My next step is calling them on Monday so I’ll report back too.
We have never seen a “hammock” in either the PH or the MS???? Stayed in either at least 10x so far. Booked again for March and May. Everything else is correct.
