Is anyone paying attention to the Hurricane Beryl? It looks like it is projected to pass over Cancun. We are scheduled to arrive on the 8th. We are wondering what others were planning if you are going to be there within the next 2 weeks? Do you know what the resort might do?
I’m seeing that it will hit Cancun area as a category 1 Hurricane on early Friday morning 7/5. Hopefully just a little wet for a day or so.
So it’s hitting on Friday it appears. It also looks like it is projected to hit south of Cancun. I think it will be buisness as usual. These places are well equipped for storms each year. It might suck the day it hits but anything after will be fine.
We get to Cancun on the 10th. Hope it’s all passed by then. Think I saw somewhere that they will let u rebook for a different date
It now looks like by Saturday afternoon it will be well past Cancun area. Moving into Texas by Sunday. So we arrive Sunday. I think we will be just fine but I feel for the people ariving earlier this week.
