Hi all, Really looking forward to our trip to temptations, we have paid the deposit for our room and the confirmation email says we must pay the final balance 21 days before we arrive, but we have no idea how to make this payment. Do they email you 21 days before to settle this?
We did it through cancuncare. I called them and they said they just automatically charge the card you used for the deposit and I didn't have to do anything else. I also called the resort and they had my name and reservation. If you want to make sure like I did I would just make 2 similar calls to be sure. This is my 4th trip to TTR resorts and I still always double check the reservations to make sure it is all right.
