It mostly depends on other guests. If know one is complaining security is pretty lax, when someone complains they rein it in.
It does seem odd but we have seen it. It only takes one. We have learned to just go with the flow. If security asks the wife to cover up she puts on pasties and we party on. No sense letting it ruin your night.
