@Vashan @missyanddarius @NaughtyBrits excellent! That makes for 4! Just to be clear, I've never done one either. So everything I say here is based on my understanding. A host comes up with a theme for their room. Nothing elaborate needed. We're all here to have fun and nobody, expects you to spend all day in your room preparing it. I'm doing what I can in advance and going to spend a few minutes the day of setting up. We go as a group from room to room. Meaning you are walking into your room with the rest of us. So you just do the prep before the room crawl and when we all show up together you host. The stuff people do for their room: Music - I'm bringing a Bluetooth speaker. I'm going to have a pre-made playlist, but if there is a successful dj emerging from the group, they can take the reigns Drink - I'm going to have a cocktail mixed in bulk, and then try to get extra beer and water in the room if the staff will be so kind. Other people will do a shot instead of cocktail. Snacks - again, I was just planning on working with staff to have stuff in the room Activity - some kind of simple fun thing. The sky's the limit. My personal goals are things that scale well since we didn't have a head count. But I would imagine diversity would be awesome here. Games, ice breakers, sexy, funny ... No right or wrong answer here Decorations - from what I've read, some people go all out and some people do almost nothing. I'll probably be a little bit in the latter ategory just because I'm going to be focusing and having fun all day. But if decorating is your thing, have fun with it. But none of this is requirement. If you don't have snacks, you can still host. If you didn't decorate, ok. Fine. It's about fun.

I was thinking sometime between 7:00 and 8:00 we could start. Not sure exactly when just because I don't remember when they do the shows n stuff. As is true for everything here, if anyone disagrees with my plan let me know. I'm more than happy to adjust
Can I suggest earlier? We’re new to temptations, we’ve only been to Desire, so I’m not familiar with schedules, but wouldn’t people want to head to dinner at that time? So maybe start earlier or even after dinner?️
I didn't know if people wanted to do the theme night stuff? I'm all in for earlier. 5? Plenty of time to wrap stuff up and get to dinner
Hey guys… this the “Darius”part of missyanddarius. I’m a bit late to this bit of the planning and as we are packing (panicking?), I had logistic thoughts. Let me know what you think. One question was about what time to start the shenanigans. I saw the original suggestion was 7 or 8 and then someone suggested 5. My thought was that if we started early, it could us in a rush to finish. my suggestion is to start later around the original 7 or 8. That way those that want to have dinner can eat, we meet at wherever we are starting, and stragglers can join as they want. Then we move from room to room as we want and, when the evening festivities begin, those that want to go to the theme night party go, those that want to stay longer can, and we can mix things up by doing the theme party and have a place where we can all take a break for a bit if we want. Actually, this is just a single VERY long winded thought, at least for now.
