First timers going Jan 17-23. I can think of the obvious things such as sunscreen and swimsuits, but any advice on what I should pack in my suitcase that I may not think of? Thanks!
Suction cup hooks for bathroom (not many hooks to hang things), small backpack if you’re going in Boobs Cruise for towels and such, Bluetooth speaker for room if you like music, pedialight plus (dry powder to mix into water for hydration), earplugs possibly, towel clips for lounge chairs, and of course toys and extra batteries if that’s your thing. Haha
Agree with all the great items listed plus....LiquidIV is another powdered hydration that is like magic the day after; less clothes than you think you'll need, we always bring home clean clothes we never wore; insulated drinking vessels with a lid for cruising the in the pool, and a small bottle of dish soap to clean them up in your room;....and without saying a friendly, flirty, fun disposition. You'll have a blast.

We’ll add to make a stop at the duty free store and bring a bottle of your favorite beverage to keep in the room. That way y’all can enjoy a tasty beverage in your room before stepping out each day. Or while you enjoy the patio.
Just add a couple to an extensive list: 1. try and get a waterproof day bag/beach bag. Backpack or otherwise where you can put your items while at the pool. Splashes/ sudden rain storms, etc. My carry-on is a waterproof, smaller, back pack that is converted to the day bag. 2. One-time use packet of a mild laundry detergent to wash clothes in the sink. Mostly for gym gear if so inclined. 3. Chlorine block/neutralizer/moisturizer to avoid pool rash. The pools at TTR are more like chemical baths than swimming pools. (hot tub at Desire is toxic) 4. And an emphasis on suction hooks, already mentioned. a variety. There is nowhere to hang wet items at the resort. Larger ones for towels and small ones for suits. They don't take up too much space and are defiantly worth it. After a week our bathroom glass wall is decorated with thongs/g-strings (yes, and a couple bikini tops) on tiny suction cups. 5. Oh... and extra hangers. I'll just have my dress shirts professionally cleaned/pressed before the trip and leave them on the cheap metal hangers until we get to the resort. 6. A small (micro) multi-tool (knife, pliers, screw driver, etc). Used to fix stuff and just because I'm a guy. Crazy how often it gets used. 7. Tip money, if so inclined. 8. Extra hats/sunglasses/sunscreen (expensive at the resort).
No one else likes actual cool in the room? We always bring damp-rid packets, which makes the room air conditioning ten times more effective. As mentioned, extra batteries for electronics that don't have USB charging and sunscreen and bug spray, which are all crazy expensive to buy there.
