It's a patio area/flex space off the premier sales office, sometimes people go out there to contemplate signing on the dotted line lol. They also set it up for premier events. Last trip there was a tequila tasting party with tacos and seafood and candy, plus a mariachi band playing.

Just curious...as members of DRM, don’t you also have access to TTR? We’re contemplating becoming members on our 5th trip to TTR next month. I’d like to try DRM sometime and hope it’s part of it.
Yes, we have full access to membership perks at TTR (and any current/future property of Original resorts) with guaranteed rates there for the next 25 years, or until we run out of nights. We just never went through the membership sales pitch at TTR, I guess that is in the sales lounge above the Sea Flirt. But, if you get a membership at TTR, make sure that it includes any current/future property, if you have any interest in Desire. I know several who got their membership at TTR and it doesn't include Desire resorts. We waited to get a membership at DRM because, just talking to people, the deal is better (the free nights almost cover about 70% of the cost of the membership) and the sales pitch is not high-pressure. (Don't get me wrong, you still feel like you're buying a car and they are trying to sell you the undercoating and extended warranty).
