We were on the fence when we went our first time to TTR last year but decided to go all in and give it a shot. We had a great time and are doing it again this year. It’s one hell of a party. We paced ourself for the day to make sure we didn’t overindulge and miss anything !
2 more days and we’ll arrive!! We’re excited and can’t wait. have been reading about those room crawls. That might be a good idea especially if it rains ? Never participated though is it fun ? Any are planned between 4-7th June !? can’t wait to be there counting the hours now ..
A week to go for us. Can't wait to arrive. Also, does anybody know how to ask questions for the hotel? In the past they've been responsive but nobody returns emails and I can't find a US number for them this time. Really, I just wanna know how much it is to upgrade our drink package.
They were really slow to respond to us too. Had to resend emails various times. I think it’s best to call them at their Mexican number, there they always respond
I'll try to call the reservation number. I get charged a ton of money calling Mexico from where we are for some reason, even though we have free calling to and from the US and Canada. ETA: They gave me the email for the concierge. If anybody is wondering it's $20 per person per day to upgrade your drink package to the top shelf stuff.
I am not sure who said this, in all my time and trips I never heard this was possible. They may be talking about the $20 per person per day to attend the skybar, which does have some updated drinks. But that's only up there during the day, and the days it's open. There isn't a way to pay to get the upgraded premier "black" band unless you are a member or are going on a referral (which is a gold bad, so it's some upgrades, but not all). They don't really offer a upgraded drink package, and I feel like someone was just telling you something to get off the phone quickly, and when you get there they will look at you like you're crazy.
Ahhh yes re-reading the email it does say you can only get premium drinks as a member, or at the sky bar, which is free for those in the tower but $20 per person for those NOT staying in the tower.' Well taht's too bad.
