Try different browsers and "Incognito mode" on the Temptation-experience site too. Chrome had a higher price than less-used Firefox, but only for Canada. It would appear they're running regional promos once in a while.

Called Premier, they honoured the price after providing a screenshot.

We have used European travel sites, so I wouldn't think Canadian would be a problem. Thanks for the idea!

TR has got to expensive for the location and the people going there has change big time. We used to have a blast but the last 3 times have been crappy. Last time security jump on us for standing in the premiere area talking to a group of friends told us to leave area or be escorted out of the resort . We have been there 51 times but no more. So we are going to go to other adult only to see what they are like.
Has anyone here been to Ocean Maya Royale in playa

Not that exact same hotel, but many times to the Ocean Riviera Paradise owned by the same H10 chain and located a mile or two away. Same restaurants, some have different names but you can tell they are the same concepts.

They are both 'cookie cutter' hotels (as I call them), typical of the 20 mile stretch between Puerto Morelos and Playa. The two have similar layouts, similar restuarants, same management.

We go (to the sister hotel) because the kids like it, but it's boring as hell for me. I can tolerate two days as I'm with the kids, but after that I'm screaming to escape. I couldn't imagine it as a couple- I wouldn't last the day.

Night entertainment is Michael Jackosn shows, Karaoke, Grease , Magician etc.

Most people are in bed by 10:30. No one talks to each other. Food and service was meh as was the beach.

Last time we went in August they were extremely strict about masks and had Covid rules that didnt make any sense, which was an added dampener on things.

TTR prices going up + "New" TTR customers = We goin' to DRM almost exclusively for this type of trip, now.

We started at DRM. Only thing missing at this point is a Boobs Cruise there.

I don't think there are any travel bargains out there for 2021/2022. We just got back from Vegas and nothing cheap there at all other than the free rooms. $14 for a 23 ounce Bud Light and $24 burgers.
