Hey All, I tried searching for this before asking but couldn't find anything? I was wondering if anyone knows why they won't allow 3 people in a room in the tower? We know that you can have 3 people in a room in the trendy garden or the trendy ocean front but we absolutely love the tower. Thanks!
I think it comes down to number of beds. Only trendy garden and ocean view have the option for two beds per room.
Only trendy garden. Tower is only 2 people. There's limited rooms with 2 beds, and the price is ~50% more so you're not saving money. Only real benefit would be if you've got 3 travelers. In our group's case it made sense to book more rooms and find stragglers. Then you can go 2 to a room and stay in the Tower (if you want).
Thanks, everyone! We only need one king bed for the 3 of us! I talked to the resort and they don't allow three people per room unless you're comfortable with the Trendy Garden or Trendy Ocean View.
Oh darn, that sounds just horrible! Nobody is going to get a minute of decent sleep in that situation. Okay, where is the High-5 emoji when needed?
Many / most resorts have policies like this. They limit the number of rooms were more than 2 adults are allowed, don't allow it all together, or price it where it doesn't save you any money. It prevents many problems, especially around spring break times. While it catches up the occasional throuple it mostly keeps out groups of people that you really don't want at the resort to start with.
Well outside of booking multiple rooms, only way to get all three in one room at tower is to find someone with a vacant slot on their room reservation and add one of your party to their booking. No one is doing bed checks at night so feel free to all sleep in one bed.
We did this on our last visit in 2019 but in a seduction suite. They wouldn't allow us to put her on our reservation but did allow us to add her after we got to the resort. I was super nervous about doing it that way but we did have a back up plan with someone travelling at the same time to add her onto their room if things didn't go as planned even though she would have stayed in our room.
