I think mid-September it's going to be better than earlier this year but not quite back to normal, it depends how many highly discounted rooms were sold in that time period. You have to look at what changed between before and now, and I think the bulk of that answer comes down to money. The bulk of the "douchy drunk frat boys" can't afford this resort...normally. So in normal times the "douchy drunk frat boys" that can afford this resort are vastly out numbered and tend to self-censor for the most part. The rates the offered while the resort was closed and shortly after reopening are not normal times, the frat boy crowd came because the nightly rate of these resorts fell dramatically, combined that with many resorts timing promotions to when stimulus checks went out and that is a recipe for a major influx of young people that have never been on a real vacation without parents before let alone to a resort of this level, they don't know how to behave in polite society yet, their point of reference is at best a spring break trip in college. It actually make me a bit happy to be seeing some comments here and on Facebook about how expensive the resort is now. The resort is not"expensive" now, it back to it's normal price, if not still a little low. With prices normalizing to what it was, I expect crowds will normalize to what it was.
They have a couples resort. Desire... I adore Desire. Great resort, different vibe. Don't push is singles out cuz of a few bad people.
It's real. We were there and talked the the couple the next night. I may agree somewhat that you are responsible for your own stuff BUT who the hell wants to go to a resort and have to lock up every item 24 hrs a day? That's not a vacation.
I'm down. Yes we are the dream team!! Dammit. Pretty sure we were the last ones out. Like usual. Desire is actually great for a few nights after a week at Temptation. Makes entering the real world not as difficult. Lol. Can not wait until I see you guys again! Lets hope it's sooner than the few years between we had this time. Xo
I’m at TTR right now and I’ve already had pretty negative experience. I’ll post about it later as I’m concerned about retribution. If the OP is still here, please let us know if anything has happened with your situation.
there may just be more desperate people running around right now as well everything was shut down for a long time some things are still not up 100% I am not going to cancel or anything , but I will keep a look out and be careful on my trips this year
