You are assigned wrist bands based off being a member/non- member. I am not sure of the different colors, but non-members have 2 colors- 1 if you're staying in the tower and another if you are not. The members have colors based off of their contracts. Also, if you are a non-member there on a referral you have a different color. Someone else can chime in and explain it better than me lol
I believe non-member tower guests actually have two different colors: one for Bash or Lush rooms and a different one for Master Suites or Penthouse (since those rooms come with extra perks).
Oh ok.. I cannot keep up with it all! It used to be one color for non member and one color for member/referral.
In top down high ranking order the colors are: Black - Member (regardless of room type) Pink - Tower Penthouse/Master (and I think Seduction suite) Gold - referral (regardless of room type) Blue(turquoise) - Tower White - Regular
