First timers are coming this Sunday for a week. Have a Bash Tower room. Curious about ocean views? How are they? Should we ask for something location specific upon checkin? How is the room noise from the pool or loud partiers? Are higher floors better? we realize this is a bit of a party place so some noise will be around from happy guests (hopefully us as well at times). Just want to know when we need to sleep ... well we can sleep. Weather expected to be near 110F heat index next week. Any issues with A/C? Anything else folks want to say about the Towers is welcome. Looking forward to our trip. JnJ
Try to be on the ends of either tower for a bit better view but also a bit more noise. Higher is better for both but you will hear Bash “thumping” if you are in bed before 3 am in most Tower rooms (less in the “U” area where the Lush Tower rooms are. Though you will still hear it if you didn’t drink enough all day. Hallway noise is not too bad unless there is a two hour conversation outside your door with a group who are half deaf from all day at the pool and Bash? You will hear some doors slamming (wish people were more thoughtful about that there but alcohol controls those muscles I think). Search “Tower” on here and you will be an expert before you get there.
We had the worst possible one, first floor just above Bash (<- the open air dance venue of TTR) at the far left wing of the tower...No way one could sleep before 2am, unless you O.D. on Mexican water and what not......IF you WANTED to sleep that is lol!!! Whilst it was a bit hard the first day when we were jetlaged AF, by day two Bash was on snooze for the night, but we certainly weren't . You'll be OK in any tower room I'm sure. The ocean view is great, however I'm VERY sure it will be more of "thats a nice view", with your back to the ocean youll get in when your there
