Just booked with a promo code that offers free roundtrip transfer from airport. How do we alert TTR of out flights? Email? Call them?
I used the summer21 promo, but didn’t see anything about the transfers on my email confirmation. Gotta call them about that. As for flights, I had entered all that info in when I was booking the room. If u already booked the room and didn’t already have that info entered, I would just call them and give them that info.
Normally, when you book a reservation, they send you a form for booking your transfers and you give them all of the info at that time. I would think that the same process would be used for your free transfers, but I cannot say for sure. I suggest you send an email to the address on your reservation confirmation and ask them how to confirm your transfers.
