Anybody know if Walmart or a nearby liquor store carries Rum Chatta or Limon? Its not available at Duty Free.....I usually pack a few bottles but would love to avoid the extra weight in my suitcase this time.
Across the street to the right has a small selection. Think it is an OXXO?? Saw Rum Chata last trip but not sure they stick the same every day (had Don Julio one trip and not the next).
Duty Free at airport upon arrival is super easy. I think OXO just across and down the street has some liquor as well, we usually go there for mixers for room drinks....
There is a store to the left called my friendly right past the pharmacy they have a much bigger selection of booze than the little store to the right
This will sound stupid, but first time to mexico so gonna ask anyway. Can I get good tequila, I mean GOOD tequila nearby for cheaper than normal, or is it still pretty pricy down there. (For reference I do NOT consider Patron good tequila )
There is a Walmart in Cancun with a liquor store right across the street. We pay our transport guy extra cash and he will take us there before Temptations.
depends on what you call good tequila ? there is a really good one toncha i think its spelled ..vanilla tequila amazing cold tastes like a melted vanilla milkshake can drink the whole damn bottle by myself ..not a good idea but I could do it lol great price to
