Fir most it is long pants and closed toes shoes...but as everything it us inconsistent. Best to dress in long pants, and not jeans, with dress shirt...short sleeve ok.
Nice jeans seem to be ok some times but not other times. Most consistent thing is inconsistency. Maybe bring the jeans assuming they will be ok, with one pair of dress (linen) as a backup just in case.
We are here and my husband wore jeans and a polo shirt to the Italian restaurant last night no issues
From our experience in the " asian " restaurant, pyjama bottoms (long leg) are evidently fine, Bermuda shorts are not !!.. who makes these rules.... probably the British Raj.. LOL
I have always worn nice jeans and a long sleeve button up shirt and never been turned away. But I have heard stories that others have.
They have the dress code on the website, but it doesn’t seem to be strictly enforced. I’ve seen jeans being worn in every restaurant. What I don’t like is when I see guys wearing baseball hats and shorts. Last week (during dinner) at Sea Flirt and the Italian restaurant I saw the same group of 3 guys with hats, t-shirts and shorts. It kinda takes away from the romantic vide. I wish the were more strict with dress code.
I have definitely worn nice khaki dress shorts with short sleeve button up shirts to every restaurant with out issue. I have always worn closed tow shoes though like boat shoes. It's hot in June when we go so pants are not very comfy. I feel like they just have issue with the guys who show up dressed like they just got out of bed or are ready to go for a jog in their gym clothes!
Thanks for the replies. I was hoping to get by with nice jeans, button up shirt and nice shoes. I expect shirts to be out of question.
