We are not really the types to stay at a resort and not leave so it’s hard to commit to an all-inclusive when we are there less than half the time. It seems like the majority don’t leave the property (except for the Boobs Cruise?) once they check-in?
It’s hard to say as different strokes for different folks! But all inclusive price is still very competitive for lodging, all food, all drink, entertainment, etc. Trust us as we just came from Playa and it is expensive to eat and drink and that is on top of rent/lease. Made us really appreciate TRR prices, especially when not being hijacked for holiday prices! Note, we are members! We have been 20 times and have not left the resort much except to walk across the street to the store, pharmacy, to Angee for body paint or tape, or our for lunch with fav playmakers. But we are now venturing out more...or are ready to. Had plans to visit Isla in Oct but freakin’ hurricanes ruined everything!
Every trip I swear I'm going to do an excursion, but I always seem to end up hanging out with the best people ever in the pool all day (dadgum day drinking arm twisters, Yay!!!). Completely understand exploring the area (I have in all other places I've visited) but a 4 day trip to TTR will go by so fast. Plus you can always book a day trip through the resort if the fancy strikes.
We just booked for Memorial Day weekend. 5/27-5/31, little shorter than we prefer. But it’s a getaway and after a year of cancellations, it’s better than nothing! Keeping our that we can make it happen.
So its like 18 of us booked! All couples except 2...may 28-june 1......im really trying to get these theme nights together.... im really confused by burning land.... does the whole hotel participate in the themes all day?
The Theme nights take place at night in Club BASH!! They do have pool party themes too! But Burning Land will take place at Bash!! Think Mad Max /Apocalypse for Burn Land! I think so Sexy lingerie with spiked heels & collar would work Great!!
Had to cancel last year too. We are going COVID or not May 28 to June 4; 6 nights of making up for last year!
