Hello all. It’s been several years since hubby and I have been to TTR. Pre-renovation. We are booking a quick trip down in January. I have tried to search the threads but having issues finding info I am looking for. We are looking for a quiet room at night. I know, it’s a party resort, but a girls gotta sleep. Lol. Are the rooms over by the quiet pool a certain class? Where are the trendy oceanview rooms at? That is what we booked. Is there a particular area or section we can try and request? Thanks so much for your help!
If you want quiet then OV rooms by the quiet pool would be best. There are some OV rooms overlooking the sexy pool, and they are very noisy -both from Bash at night and the Sexy Pool in the morning after 10:30 or so. Garden View Rooms are also quiet.
Is there a person I can email ahead of time requesting a room by the quiet pool and put in request? I am glad that rooms over on that side are also considered oceanview. I was confused by so many room choices!
Your room is usually assigned at check in. You can email there reservations department yes and give them your res # and make sure they know your preference. But we have had very good luck at check in asking for our room type and getting it..
1200-1800 block rooms are a great area. GV for us has always been great, quite enough to sleep with no issues
Not noisy at all.. except if you like to have the windows open, a jet ski rental business is right there and lots of foot traffic and ocean sounds.
