Another Newbie Question Re: Marijuana

so.... how much is it in the air. nothing against it, but medically can't deal with it, so is the air clear by the pools and balconies? even small amounts make me ill.

Last year we did not run into anyone using while on vacation.

 

We was there Sept 2-14. There was some in the air around the sexy pool. Depending on which way the wind was blowing you may get a whiff now and then. We just moved out of the area. It's not a constant thing but does exist.

 

I hate the smell of pot and in 6 trips think i have any caught a lil wiff of it maybe a few times,,,,

Seems to be more vaping going on last few trips.

 

I can't honestly say that I've smelled weed at TTR the past three times. At DRM, a couple times down by CC's beach bar our last trip. Same couple, hanging out by themselves courteously away from other folks (and outside the sight of most security). They were fine. Random gust changed the wind direction for a couple seconds and Stacia & i caught it, but it was gone again right away.

I KNOW folks are smoking in their rooms or out on their balconies, but it doesn't seem to be around very much, not when we've been there. Sexy Pool is so big now it'd be very easy to move if you caught some.

Cigar smoke will be a bigger issue. Always a few guys with big bad smelly ones in the pool.

 

I noticed it a few times by the pool and Bash but not often. I wouldn't worry about it much if it bothers you.

 

Only smelled the odor a couple/few of times since we have been going there. Once at Bash some guy was sneaking hits from a pipe hidden in a sunglasses case (security then talked to the dude pretty firmly and he disappeared for the rest of the night, I don't know if he was kicked out). Another time got the odor once in a hallway while walking to the Italian Restaurant, but it was brief. Maybe another time or two but it was very faint. Definitely not overwhelming, or an every day occurrence.
