I am cutting off the list while normally we would go larger I know Covid-19 is a concern for some. Because of this we are also hosting the party outside at the quiet pool bar. If anyone has a butler and is able to help out with a few requests please let me know, it would be great to have a small table for gifts and some pre-made shots maybe.

Now for timing we tend to eat later between 8-9pm but we are flexible. I don’t want to mess up nap/sexy times or your meals. Also it will not be great lighting since we are having it outside so earlier might be better. I imagine it will take about an hour or less with this size group. Please shoot me your suggestions!

Would be fine with doing 5-6p just was worried I would interrupt some dinner plans. I was considering asking if it was possible to get some sort of appetizer plate. Again I don’t have a butler and not sure what is possible (no problem tipping well to get what I want lol) but hoping someone who does have a butler might be able to help us out.

It’s actually going to be at quiet pool bar (weather permitting) at 5:30p. There was some concerned about it being held inside due to covid

We are hosting the event at Bash at 5:30pm sharp. Please be there by 5:15 to get your number and have a chance to grab a drink. Bare with me as I have never hosted outside so I am not sure how I am exactly setting things up out there. As long as we start on time, the game should only last about 30-45 mins.

If it rains the plan is to move inside to score.
Please bring your gift wrapped and ready to go.
As I mentioned in previous posts do not wrap your gift before travel. If you get a bag checked they will unwrap.
