They did the same to me... I missed schedule change #2 moved my departure date from the 31st to the 1st. Thought is was just a time change. But when they changed my return date I'd had enough. Cancelled with them and re-booked with United for $150 cheaper. Down side is we're traveling for 8 hours instead of 2.5. Plus side 2 &0 pound checked bags each for free and possible free upgrade. Here's hoping! Jamie
We’re happy it worked out for you! Them changing the dates was the last straw, combined with the return trip, we had a 23 hour layover in Orlando. Yes, 23 hours. We would have switched airlines, but had already been using JetBlue credit from other canceled/changed flights), so no refund available. This year has been a travel nightmare. (It goes without saying). This makes 5 trips that have been canceled, (not all TTR related) and have a lot of money tied up in “credit”, but nothing that would make it any better in this situation. Sick of shelling out more cash at this point. We had to eat $180 to cancel TTR, as we had booked 3rd party).
