Bunmer! Yeah, shit happens and that simply sucks. We purchase the travel/medical insurance that covers all of this to avoid the cash exploitation. Costs about $10/day each and gives us piece of mind. Have several copies of coverage cards and policies handy and with us at most times.

Yeah, saw your post last year and is one reason for us deciding to purchase the insurance. That is why I responded with it sucked. It guarantees that the hospitals get paid.
