Hello, Just wondering anyone that has recently visited has any details on how the are rotating the restaurants open/closures on the specific days of the week? Also, how about Seal Flirt breakfast and Skybar? Thanks!!!
This is from my notes: It does not follow any logical structure, just moments I put down while there... hope it helps. The quiet bar will only be open when She Restaurant is open at night for a few hours Too early to say but it looks like only 3 or 4 restaurants will be open for dinner at a time on a rotation system Rain (buffet for breakfast and lunch only )they will meet u at the buffet line and U point at what U want then they will put it on the plate. they will carry it to your seat if U wish. They do not have straws - we brought our own. We ate at flame last night. the ribeye was ok. they had a very limited menu. Caffeine has coffee and tea, cold sandwiches, and desserts. they are open early and close around 11 pm. They have a buffet/ grill at Bash around 10 pm (?) The lobby bar is open all day .. U can get bottle water there There were 4 restaurants open last night (Thursday) Amores - Mexican sea flirt - seafood flame - steak romanza - Italian dinner We ate at the sea flirt and enjoyed the blackened ribeye steaks and coconut shrimp. We found the list of what restaurants are open for dinner posted in front of the She restaurant by the quiet pool each day. Was told that the rotation is done every day and that the team working at the sea flirt will be at She on Friday and then back to Sea flirt on Saturday. Just a reminder if U were at TTR last year, they gave out a little pamphlet (playbook) with maps and information. If U kept it, bring it back with U since they did not give any out on this trip. It helps to remember where each location is on the resort. TTR has a room chip in their ID bracelets now so no need for door keys, just rub your bracelet against the door lock to open. Great no door cards to carry around, but now they give U beach towel cards that must be handed over to get towels and retrieve when u return your towels. I am sure U will need them when U check out at the end of your trip. LOL The sports bar has not been open on this trip as of yet. The Bash grill is open but what they offer is anyone guess. There are no menus and the one grill master claims not to understand English. Requested 2 cheeseburgers and told him no Mayo, got two hamburger patties with cheese. No buns, no sides..lol.. still tasted great. Summary: Of the 7 restaurants, only 3 or 4 was available for dinner. The menu was basic and all of them included the same items, just cooked differently. We found the Sea Flirt was the best for us. Breakfast and Lunch is buffet at Rain. Have fun and stay safe
Thanks for the info? How long ago was your trip. Just hoping as each week passes, things get closer to normal. We arrive on Aug 7th.
We were there from July 4 - 12 and the Skybar was open every day but Monday. Don't get me wrong the staff was doing a great job but we couldn't seem to figure out what restaurant was going to be open on what day. I looked on the TV for a schedule and they were showing the normal restaurant schedules. We went to the front desk and they said it was being updated on the TV? Seaflirt for breakfast seemed to be hit or miss for us during the week also. I am sure they have the restaurant schedule up somewhere by now if not do what we did and make it a surprise each night.
We were there the last week of June. We found the restaurants open for that day listed on a bulletin board in front of the She restaurant placed there about noon. ( We found the list of what restaurants are open for dinner posted in front of the She restaurant by the quiet pool each day.)
If you have a butler, ask him/her as they should have access to the weekly schedule which will show everything open/closed all week.
Not the towel cards again! We literally never remember to get them and literally bring our towels to check out every time they have this in place.
