any recommendations for deep sea fishing, we are wanting to possibly go fish one day while on vacation
Hell yeah! We sometimes go fishing for a day, but its fly fishing on the flats for bonefish and permit. Definitely want to go deep sea fishing also. I bet Steve would have a recommendation. I know Rusty Hook Charters in Playa del Carmen was pretty good for some friends last year, but that's quite a ways away from TTR. It would be nice to find a decent charter near TTR (short walking distance). Maybe Steve will let us troll behind the Boobs Cruise catamaran?
I know there have been some other threads on thus topic in the past. I recall from those threads local charters within walking distance...Maybe across the street at the marina....my memory is just shit! Anyways use the search feature and you may find the threads.
Heck yeah! Marina Chac Chi. We’ve used them in the past. Caught lots of fish and the restaurant it’s attached to will cook them up for a small fee. Just know that the resort won’t cook them so you won’t be able to bring any back. To get there, just walk on the beach, turn left and go about 200 yards. Hope you have fun.
