Fingers crossed. American Airlines started dicking with our flights again so we just switched to United. 40 Days!
Really damn. I just booked my flights yesterday with AA. They said they were 50% full. So hopefully that means they are stable. Sadly they aren't offering the early morning flight. So now we have to leave at 12:30, so we won't be at the resort till 4pm. Maybe this time a room will actually be ready.
Probably for the better. We nearly did a crash landing back in October in NOLA. I'll never go with American as long as I live.
Our original AA schedule had us departing our home airport at 0645 am and getting to Cancun at 12:50 (six hours with one stop). The new one had us leaving our home airport at 2:40 pm and getting to Cancun at 12:50 the next day with an overnight in Dallas. We didn't go in June because AA messed with our flights several times...kept getting notifications of flight changes with no seat assignments. The last straw was they put us on a departing flight out of Cancun at 6 am. No frigging way was I going to let that happen.. Moved to United that was only about $50 more to keep first class seats. Arrive in Cancun at 2 pm and leave at 2 pm on departure day. Hopefully be in the pool by 3:30/4pm on the 3rd of August! I'll still wait a few weeks before booking USA Transfers.
We are making our first trip to Temptations August 10-12 then heading to Desire. We are looking forward to it!
