As of today...the week of June 15-21 (Mon-Sun) between ~18.5-33%. So that is ~160-275 guests in house. Changes day to day so only quoting weekly range. Expect it will pick up. But it is still paradise and all is great. Easy to meet most everyone you do not already if you choose. Met a bunch of “new” friends already! Lots of newbies (first timers). Come one, come all and make your own fun time. Live and have experiences that will stay with you and you can recall forever. Many always talk about how their first visit opened their eyes and changed their lives forever. You cannot rely on or expect others to do so for you. If you do, welcome to the addiction!
