No, restaurants aren't open just yet. From June 1st construction workers went back to work, hotels reopened but for workers only to prepare for the return of tourists. From June 8th more restrictions are lifted and hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions etc can open up with limited capacity and social distancing measures. Nightclubs will remain closed. Capacities increase further as and when the traffic light system moves from red > orange > yellow > green We are currently in red, so only essential businesses can be open. Note: Tourism is considered an essential business
