It has been strangely quiet from all premier FB sites. Are they open?? I sent cancelation and rebooking emails (as we were instructed) yesterday and have gotten no reply’s. The banner has been change to say people are encouraged to rebook for later dates but no further explanation. It anyone ACTUALLY at the resort? Can someone enlighten us!

I would doubt that Premier was set up for work from home, so... Hmm. Does Cancun have, does anyone know, any stay at home orders or anything like several states are doing?

Expecting a response within 24hrs is ambitious when they are swamped with cancellations

I've seen Marco post almost daily in several FB groups.

The resort is still open and at 20% occupancy.

In any case, almost all administration staff don't work from the resort. They work from an office in downtown Cancun.

There is an advisory, not an order. Most people are staying at home anyway.

60,000 hotel workers have already lost their jobs, 44,000 hotel rooms are closed. So there is a lot less movement in any case.

Whoa... that's telling. It's not even been a month yet.

Very similar here in Nevada with all the casinos closed.

Over 200,000....yes that many... including myself, lost their jobs.

This will be a year many of us will have to recover from for many years to come. But the family is safe and staying at home.

I must say I am impressed with the number of school closures in Mexico BUT with learning electronically already. The schools here in NV have been down for 4 weeks. They are trying electronic schooling on April 1st.
