We booked for Memorial Day weekend through them and they sent us a email a day ago saying they cancelled the trip. Received credit to use until Dec 31 2021.
Gave up and cancelled late April and rebooked for Jun 13-20...June Junkies...if we can even travel by then. Join us if you can. No sense driving or walking if the borders are closed
Our friend on staff that’s been with Temptation for 6 years will be laid off after today’s shift. He said the resort capacity was at 20% yesterday and going down. So sad...... he said he can survive in Cancun for maybe a month before returning to his home state. Knowing he won’t be able to afford a plane ticket back.... he said many on staff are leaving if not already left.
This is really heart-breaking. When I think about all of those resort workers, I'm sure there are lots of single moms just trying to support their kids. I have no idea what forms of assistance the Mexican government will offer in a situation like this. But it also occurs to us that just like there's tremendous pressure to shut down every non-essential part of our society right now to create social distancing, there will be an equal (or greater) amount of pressure to re-open the world economy at the slightest glimpse of turning the corner, just due to massive need to get everyone back to work.

I bought a TON of Gilead mid January at $64/ share and its nice to see its gaining traction because of good results with a drug.
I dumped mine at a perfect time. Inovio is my new baby and in human trials now. If they get the vaccine first its gonna go big. Got in at $9/share. Also I guess there vaccine was successful in mice which is always a good sign. Im a Bear and will wait it out.
Also if interested the CEO of Inovio will be on CNBC tonight at 6pm ET talking about their progress, etc. Im excited because that will mean a nice spike in share price on overnight trading. Also excited because I have the feeling this is the company that will eventually find the vaccine.
