I had the problem that all the individual pieces started adding up. $10 for this, $15 for that, $5 for this...and then bam, outfit is $50.
At Hedo housekeeping would supply extra sheets on toga night. They even had a little class on different methods to make it. I still sucked at. Usually ended up looking like a warped diaper or just losing it all together.
After this trip, the plan might be to buy one or two things every now & then, and then when it’s trip time, I’ll have everything already.
No togas for my lady... WAY to much fabric while on TTR vacatiohn. It'll either be White Dress Shirt & Heels (excellent stand-by), or some sort of bridal-looking lingerie outfit so I can perve on that. Either works for me.
Ordered 2 new white dresses... not sure if they will fit or if they will be in on time.... being 5'11... most times I order a dress it fits like a shirt..lol
costumes are usually 1/2 price right after Halloween. Good time to pick up some of the standard ones. White / toga / devil / superhero etc. Discount and spreads the cost out. Next thing your know your costume trunk is in nice shape.
We are toga-ing in mid-April. Found Sean's toga costume on eBay for 1/3 the price on Yandy. Sealed the deal. White Night is great, but will be fun to do something new.
