Hey everyone First timers here... will be there April 21st to 28th and looking forward to it!. I just have a question about "group takeovers"... what exactly are they? I am guessing that we are going to be there among a bunch of "April Addicts", so hist looking into it. We are not going to be excluded from using certain parts of the resort, are we??? I have a Bash room, and part of the reason for booking it, was the use of the rooftop pool/bar area for free... I hope that we are not excluded because a group may have it blocked? If so, I would not be happy.... Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks!
There is a takeover group April 28 - May 3 or 4, so you will be heading out the day they are arriving. That group is not the April Addicts, which is everyone on Cancuncare who goes to the resort in April, with the core of the group being April 12-24. There is no group during your dates that will result in the restriction of your use of Sky 3.5, except perhaps on the day you leave. Note that Sky 3.5 is closed on Mondays, so you last chance to use it will likely be April 26th. Sean and I (Karen) will be there April 18-26. Hope to run into you at some point...we love meeting fellow Canadians.
